FAQs

What is the minimum monthly cost?

The minimum is 3 user licences. On the Core plan that's £135 per month, or £1,410 per year. Every plan includes tailored onboarding, data migration, and hands-on training as standard. There are no additional setup fees.

Why is it a 36-month contract?

The 36-month term reflects the investment we make in your onboarding. Data migration, form building, and hands-on training take real time and resource, and a longer term means we can offer that included rather than charging for it upfront. Most customers find that once the system is embedded in their operation, the question of contract length stops mattering.

Can I add more users during the contract?

Yes. You can add user licences at any point during your contract at the same per-licence rate as your current plan. Licences are added on a pro-rata basis for the remainder of your contract term.

Can I upgrade my plan mid-contract?

Yes. You can move from Core to Plus, or Plus to Pro, at any point. The difference in monthly cost is applied from the upgrade date. You can't downgrade to a lower plan during the contract term.

What's the difference between Plus and Pro — do I need the Smart Scheduler?

Plus covers the vast majority of what most field service businesses need, including stock tracking, purchase orders, customer portal, custom reports, and accounting integrations. Pro adds the Smart Scheduler (AI-assisted job allocation and route optimisation) and Power BI integration. If you're running a larger team where scheduling efficiency is a significant overhead, Pro is worth it.
