Yes. Each contract can have separate budgets for labour hours, stock costs, mileage, and miscellaneous expenses. As jobs are completed, actual costs and hours accrue against each budget line so managers can see whether they're on track or heading toward an overrun.

When you set up a contract, you define the visit frequency for each asset or task (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or custom). Fieldmotion generates the visit schedule automatically and creates the required jobs at the right times, assigning them to the correct engineers. You don't manually create jobs each period.

Fieldmotion can renew contracts automatically on expiry, generating a new visit schedule and continuing to create jobs without interruption. You can also set contracts to prompt a manual renewal if you prefer to review terms before extending. Either way, the full history and cost record from the previous period is retained.

Yes. Fieldmotion's reporting tools give managers a breakdown of each contract, covering jobs completed, costs incurred, hours used, and margin performance across the full period.
