Yes. When you set up a PPM schedule, you attach the required forms (inspection checklists, compliance certificates, safety checks) so they're pre-loaded on the job. Engineers open the job and the correct forms are already there, removing any ambiguity about what needs to be completed on each visit type.

Fieldmotion can renew PPM contracts automatically on the expiry date, generating a new visit schedule for the next period without a manual rebuild. Alternatively, you can set contracts to prompt a manual renewal review. The full history of previous visits, costs, and forms is retained either way.

Yes. PPM visits appear in the same scheduling diary as reactive work, so managers can view total workload across both types. The capacity planning view shows upcoming PPM volume by week or month, helping managers allocate engineers and identify periods where planned work needs redistributing.

Fieldmotion flags upcoming visits in the job list and scheduling diary, so you always have visibility of what's due and when. You can also set up automated email notifications to go to the customer in advance of a scheduled visit, useful for confirming access, reminding them the service is due, or prompting them to get in touch if the date doesn't suit.
